Yes, as long as it is within the parameters of Madrid City. There is a charge if 9.95 euros payable at the time of purchase for delivery within the city. Please note that we are unable to deliver tickets nationally or internationally.

2 - Will my seats be together?

If you specify in the Comments section of the online purchase form that you wish to be seated together, we will do our best to fulfill this, but we cannot guarantee this. Anyway 95% of the time seats are together.

3 - Can I choose where my seats will be in the stadium?

Again, if you specify in the Comments section of the online purchase form where you would like them to be, we will do our best. We cannot guarantee specific seats. But always will be in the chosen category.

4 - If I am unable to attend the match can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?

Refunds are only issued 28 days or more before the date of the match. Refunds incur a 20% administration charge and the remaining balance will be sent directly back to your credit card.

5 - Does children are allowed to enter the stadium for free?

In accordance with RD 203/2010, article 17, every spectator must be in possession of the ticket. It is expressly forbidden to enter the stadium while carrying children without tickets. Any attempt to do so will result in removal from the stadium.

The time and date is decided approximately ten days before each match. The date of the match cannot be considered definite until the kick-off time is given.

Open year-round except for 25 December and 1 January

Non-match days:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 19:30 Sundays and holidays: 10:30 - 18:30

Match days:

Tour open up to 5 hours prior to kick-off (no dressing room access). Two hours prior to kick-off only the Trophy Room is open to visitors: Trophy Room, panoramic view of the stadium from West Stand vantage point, store.
